Hello, this is Christo and Andre. Bruce and Sakura are the best dogs we have ever gotten to know. Bruce is very smart, already potty trained at 3 months old and has mastered sit, shake, lay and roll over so far. He also loves fetch. Sakura gets more pretty every day. Thanks for the great dogs.

I'm bummed I didn't get to meet you on Saturday. Hope you had a safe trip! but I must say that I couldn't have been happier to have found your website. I purchased Daisy on Saturday from falling in love with her immediately. I could believe her size! But she was exactly what I was looking for and I could see her personality was going to be perfect for the house. Your husband Matt was wonderful and a very friendly man. If I hadn't mentioned taking the puppy home with me, I think him and my boyfriend Josh would never have stopped talking! Because of how wonderfully helpful and friendly you both were and how beautiful she is, I have definitely begun to recommend you to people that I know, looking for puppies. Actually I think my mom might be talking with you soon about getting a Westie too! You guys are perfect and I'm definitely going to spread the word.

I don't have any pictures for you right now, but in a month I will send one as an update to you. I also had to ask you a quick question regarding the Health Guarantee that I signed on Saturday and completely spaced asking Matt that day too. Since I purchased her on Saturday and Sunday there aren't my clinics open, will the 3 day stipulation to see a vet expire on Tuesday? If it does, that's ok, but I do have an appointment set up for her for Wednesday evening, so I wanted to ask just in case. Hi Sally,

I just wanted to send you a couple pictures of Opal's first night in her new home in Estes Park, CO!  She is absolutely adorable, a quick learner and a great companion to her new owner (my mother-in-law.)  We have a 3 year old boxer which visits Estes Park often and they got along great!  The first picture is of them, and the second picture is of her new owner giving her a belly rub (which Opal loves.)  Thank you for everything!!

I just want to let you know how happy we are with our new puppy!  We have named her 'Leia' since my sons love Star Wars!  She is such a sweet puppy, and very smart!!  She has really done well with potty training both outside and on puppy pads at night.  She slept great through the night last night, and really doesn't whine for long at any time.  She is taking to her crate and chew toys, and really enjoys everyone in the family.  She also already knows how to sit!!  I attached a few pictures for you. 

I take her to the vet tomorrow... do I need to get a copy of that visit to you?

Hi Sally,

Thought you would want to know that Maisie (formerly Izzy, beagle pup) is thriving in her new home. She and my other beagle, Trevor, are the best of buddies and are constantly at play or stealing toys from one another, both tails happy as can be. She has been wonderful for Trevor in that way - he hasn't had a playmate in a while and is so animated with her. Maisie has also gained a ton of weight - she's now hoovering her breakfast and dinner. At her last dr's visit, she was almost 6 lbs and I suspect she'll be between 8-9 when we go again next month. We started going on walks on about her 2nd nite here - she would only go about 2 or three houses and then would be carried the rest of the way, but I wanted her to get used to being on a leash and wanted Trevor (who's nose was bent out of joint those first few days) to have a positive experience to look forward to with her. She is now easily making it 1/2 mile every nite and we're increasing the distance slowly with every week.

Anyway, attached are some pics of her and the two of them together. Hope you are well and enjoy!

The Shiba I bought from you on Aug 11 is doing well. I took her to the vet on the 14th.  There is a picture attached to this email of her about a week ago. I am calling her Hanako, which means Little Flower in Japanese. (It was  a suggestion from a Japanese friend).

I thought you might like to see a couple of pictures of the puppy we bought from you for my daughter the veterinarian.  She adores her.  She named her Chipo (pronounced like ship -oh), which means little one in Japanese and gift in one of the African languages (I forget which specifically).  Chipo is a wonderfully smart little girl.  She scratches on the door to go out, fetches, and sits.  She loves to play with all her toys as well as with her people and pet friends.  She is friendly with everyone, and my daughter gets many compliments on her.  Thank you for selling us such a wonderful dog.

Hey Sally,

   How are you doing?  Hopefully things are going really well for you. We love having Fiona as part of our lives - she is the cutest thing ever and very smart!  Everywhere we take her we get tons of compliments and questions about shibas.  We have told several people about getting her from you- hopefully you'll get some more business!  We cannot believe how fast she has grown, at her last checkup she was almost 12 pounds!  She is very social - loves to play with (and dominate) every dog she comes across.  Thank you very much for doing what you do; we are so happy to have found Fiona and worked with you!
